Food Diary! What are we eating!

Well, we have decided to start keep track of what we eat. Everyone says that this is the most important part so here we go!

Jan. 3rd

Beth - 

Breakfast: 3 egg whites and 1 piece wheat bread
AM Snack: String Cheese
Lunch: 6 in Subway Chicken Breast on Wheat
PM Snack: Granola Bar
Supper: 3/4 cup Brown Rice, 1 cup steamed veggies, 2 grilled shrimp, 2 oz steak (We went out to eat so I was off some)
Total Water: 75oz

Brian -

Breakfast - Omlet with cheese
Lunch - Footlong Turkey subway
Supper - Brown Rice, Vegtables, and some shrimp and steak

PM Snack: Can of Pears
Supper: 6 in. Subway/ Grilled Chicken Breast

Supper: 4oz Sirloin Steak, sm salad with Light Ranch, 1/2 sweet potato (We went to Texas Roadhouse w/ friends)

Salad w/ light dressing (148 calories 10g fat)
Rock Lobster Tail (190 calories 6g fat)
Broccoli (54 calories 0g fat)
Total: 552 calories 25g fat * So I don't think I did to bad. I got online and looked around before going so I could figure out something not SOOOO bad to eat. I didn't want to deprive myself so I had 1 roll. It could have been worse smile

Late Night Snack: Breyers Fat Free Ice Cream (90 cal 0g fat)

Supper: (Still downtown at the game) P.F. Changs Mongolian Beef and Lettuce Wraps.
Late Night Snack: Remember that Cake? Yeah...Don't ask!
Total Water: No Clue!

*When I got home I went for that D**N cake! I started to eat it but instead shoved it in the garbage disposal...no...i'm not kidding. My mom was mad! She wanted to eat it! lol

Supper: Oops I did it agian! - Went to Logans had a 6 oz Sirloin, ROLLS, salad with light ranch and a baked potato
Late Snack: ICE CREAM!!! I felt horrible and was so made at myself sad

Lunch - Ate some muffins that were fat free with spray butter. Beth made them.
Supper - Rolls, mini-burgers and fries
I had some Ice Cream from Cold Stone after supper.

Lunch: Bowl of Chicken Broth (Not feeling to well at that point)
Supper: Went to Kabutos....shouldn't have...had rice, 2 shrimp and steak AGIAN! I did eat a whole bunch of Veggies but they have butter in them sad This week WILL be better

Lunch: A bowl of cheerios...didn't have anything else to really eat in the house lol
PM Snack: Skipped
Supper: Lowfat Bologna Sandwich with a little light mayo and some mixed veggies
Total Water: 100oz Water

Lunch - Chicken wrap
Supper - Buffalo bites by lean cuisine and cajun turkey sandwich
Snack - ice cream (breyers fat free)
 
Jan. 22nd -

Breakfast: Bowl of CoCo Puffs Agian
AM Snack: Granola Bar
Lunch: Bowl of some mac n cheese that was made from Soy or something to that effect lol It was new i'm not sure lol Don't try it, it was gross!
PM Snack: (I went nuts!seriously!) 100 cal pack of Lornadoone's and 100 cal pack Fudge Strip Cookies. Not sure why I did that
Supper: DON'T ASK! Why do I do this to myself? Beef fajitas at Max & Ermas with tortilla's, sour cream, cheese AND some little cheese cubes that I shouldn't have ate. OH, and I ate some of my son's fries...dipped in honey mustured. I KNOW I KNOW I'M HORRIBLE!

Lunch: Grilled Turkey Sandwich and serving of mixed veggies
PM Snack: Granola Bar
Supper: 1 piece whole wheat bread, 2 pieces light bologna, Bowl of Cheerios.
Total Water: 78 oz Water

Lunch - 12 inch chicken breast subway
Snack - can of fruit

Snack- Breyers fat free ice cream with a bananna and sugar free strawberry stuff

Breakfast: Bowl of plain oatmeal with a pinch of Splenda Brown Sugar
AM Snack: can of fruit
Lunch: Grilled Turkey Sandwich and 2 servings of mixed veggies
PM Snack: 1 stick string cheese
Supper: 3 small beef fajitas with fat free sour cream and 2% cheese
Total Water: 100 oz Water !

AM Snack: Granola Bar
Lunch: Grilled Turkey Sandwich and 2 servings of mixed veggies. (I love water chestnuts by the way!)
PM Snack: 100 cal pack of Lornadoones
Supper: Arby's grilled chicken breast sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and bottom of bun only
Total Water: 110 oz Water!

Jan. 26th -

Lunch: Grilled Turkey Sandwich and 2 servings of veggies
*Ok, now is when we left to go skiing, it was 1.5 hour drive, but we had tons of fun!
PM Snack: Pack of 100 cal Fudge Strip cookies
5:30pm: Philly Steak and Cheese sandwich at the ski lodge, a few nacho chips with cheese, sprite
12:00 midnight: We went to the casino boat after skiing since they are in the same town. They have a midnight buffet to die for! I know we shouldn't have gone, but we did. I had salad, a chicken drumstick, 2 bites of a piece of french toast, 1 piece bacon, 2 eggs, a piece of toast and a couple of bites of steak and a piece of pumpkin cheese cake. Don't know how I ate all of that but...at least I'm honest about it smile

Supper: Papa John's pizza sad I'm a failure, I do so much better when its during the week

Supper: 6 inch turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, oregano, and banana peppers.
Night Snack: 1 cup Breyers fat free ice cream

PM Snack: 2 teaspoons of peanut butter (At least I limited myself!)
PM PM Snack: at like 6pm - Granola Bar
Supper: Chicken fajitas I made from scratch (i mean not bagged) on flour tortillas and non-fat sour cream and 2% cheese
Total Water: 100 oz water!

Snack: can of pears (no sugar added)
Snack: Granola Bar
Supper: 6 in turkey breast on wheat, lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers and some honey mustard (the fat free one)
Total Water: 78 oz Water!

* I'm trying something new. I added up my calories and actually wasn't getting enough. I think if I spread them out more I may do better. So...i'm trying. I feel like I'm eating A LOT!

* Well as you can see....we haven't been doing what we should be. For 24 days now we have not been keeping track of our eating online. I think this is one of the reasons for the plateu. :(  So...starting TODAY here we go agian!
