Beef fajitas at Max & Ermas with tortilla's, sour cream, cheese AND some little cheese cubes that I shouldn't have ate. OH, and I ate some of my son's fries...dipped in honey mustured. AM Snack: None Lunch: Grilled Turkey Sandwich and 2 servings of veggies *Ok, now is when we left to go skiing, it was 1.5 hour drive, but we had tons of fun! PM Snack: Pack of 100 cal Fudge Strip cookies 5:30pm: Philly Steak and Cheese sandwich at the ski lodge, a few nacho chips with cheese, sprite 12:00 midnight: We went to the casino boat after skiing since they are in the same town. They have a midnight buffet to die for! I know we shouldn't have gone, but we did. I had salad, a chicken drumstick, 2 bites of a piece of french toast, 1 piece bacon, 2 eggs, a piece of toast and a couple of bites of steak and a piece of pumpkin cheese cake. Don't know how I ate all of that but...at least I'm honest about it ![]() Brian -
